First of all, I appreciate your lectures to us.

THen, there are few questions to ask you.
In question 1, the sentence "restrict homosexuals from ~" should be translate into
1. ~하고 있는 동성애자들을 제한하는?
Or 2. ~살아가는 것을 제한하는?
I understood as the policy forbid acting rather than the people so I thought 2 would be better.

In question 4,Can I translate the inaccurate invoices as 정확하지 않은 인보이스 than 부정확한 인보이스?

As, we can translate them into many different ways, I still have questions.

With all of the recent hate crimes against asian people, for instance, the recent one in Atlanta, I hear many concerns around me but I am safe and well. Thanks for asking. At least the weather is getting warmer and warmer and I am really enjoying this springing spring! :)

I see some great questions, let’s see if I can answer them.

Or 2. ~살아가는 것을 제한하는?

-> The original sentence is

“… to restrict homosexuals from living openly in the country, … “

Yes, as you said, it is restricting the people’s action, “homosexuals living openly in the country” rather than restricting people.

Therefore, I believe

“… 나라에서 공개적으로 살아가는 것을 제한하는 …” would be a proper tranlsation.

In question 4,Can I translate the inaccurate invoices as 정확하지 않은 인보이스 than 부정확한 인보이스?

-> Yes, definitely. I believe 정확하지 않은 has the same meaning as 부정확한 here.
