I have some difficulties reviewing the midterm questions, could you help me out to understand?

For #2, What would be the biggest disadvantage? 

For #15, I cannot remember that what were the followings and what did I mark for the answer. Of course, I want to know why.

For #16, What would be the good questions that I can ask for? I cannot think of the good questions for both.
