Hi,
I just started the Business Interpretation course and I'm a little confused on how I should be completing my assignments.

So from what I have seen, there are four sections to each module (two for E-K and two for K-E; homework & interpretation section for each). However, I am not sure how much of the worksheet in the homework section I need to be filling out. Other than the vocabulary and the "fill in the blank" from the audio section from E-K homework, I am not sure what else I should be doing. Am I supposed to just practice those sections by myself (without submitting anything) or should I translate what I would say under each line?

Additionally, I am not very clear in general about the pacing of the course, as it is a little different than the Business Translation course that I previously took. If possible, if I could get a little clearer explanation of the assignments/quizzes, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you and if you need any clarification on what I'm asking, please let me know!

Best,
Sam Balciunas

Hello Sam!

Thanks for bringing this up! I hope this helps.

Here is how you would tackle each module, step by step!

Step 1: Written Homework (E to K)
-> Listen to the recordings and fill in the blanks. You do not need to translate. You should practice interpreting on your own but you do not submit anything. Submit the file in either word or PDF format.

Step 2: Quiz (K to E)
-> Submit the recording.

Step 3: Quiz (E to K)
-> Submit the recording.

Step 4: Watch the lecture videos

Step 5: Homework (K to E)
-> Submit the recording.
