Hi Hye Jung,

Let's take a look at those questions:

1.)  Yes, I would say that looking at just one is fine, as long as it is one of the harder conditionals, such as the 2nd or 3rd conditional and you go into a fair amount of detail.  You could do 2 conditionals, but I would not go beyond 2. 

2.)  It would be great if they were somehow related, but this is not always possible.  Let's imagine you choose to present the 2nd conditional and really focus on "If I were a _________, I would ~".  Maybe you could present some new words for occupations or states of being that students are not familiar with (psychologist, detective, CEO, etc.). 

3.)  The final exam covers all modules 1~10, but focuses more on modules 6~10.
