I'm writing to you to ask about my final assignment score because it's marked as zero on my page and I am now so worried about it.
I guess you are so busy with a lot of work that you couldn't find time to score my task or I made a mistake with my task and it failed to reach you.
Please let me know which case it is. I'm so desperate.

First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience. I am currently backlogged with quite a lot of marking to do.
