In the first sentence of the second passage, it says "편리함에 있어서 비행기는 헬리콥터를 따라가지 한다." But I could not know what it exactly means.

I believe the original text should say “"편리함에 있어서 비행기는 헬리콥터를 따라가지 못 한다."
