Hello.
I'm always grateful for your kind answers and good tips.
but it's very uncomfortable watching the video classes. the video is often disconnected and the connection is not smooth, so it is very inconvenient, and I am worried about what will happen when I take a test.
I hope you can improve this or think about it together.
thank you.

oh, also wanna ask u one question abt the contents of the class.
actually it is frm Module 6-4 Article, 5th paragraph.
"No cash refunds for credit or Bruin Gold credit card purchases; credit only."
why the "credit" means kinda "point of the store"like that?
i m so curious. why it does not mean just "credit card". so i thought that refunds cannot be made only in cash, but can be made to credit card....
plz answer my question... thanks in advance...

Hello Minhwa Jung,
We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
Our technician is aware of the issue and updated the videos to reduce the buffering.
It might take a couple of days to weeks to see if the issue is fixed, so your patience would be appreciated.
Also, since the video player does not affect your test operator system, do not worry about the error during the test.
As long as you submit the test within the given time, there would be no problem.

Thank you again for your understanding.

Hello Minhwa,

Thank you for the question and I hope the answer above from the admin staff is answering your first question. Here is my answer to your second question regarding the Module 6 Article 4.

We say “Credit card” is 신용 카드, right?

But in English, we do not usually say “credit” to say 신용카드, and this is actually a very common 콩글리쉬 mistake!

Let me give you an example:

Cashier (점원): How would you like to pay?
(어떻게 계산하시겠어요?)

Mason (Customer): 신용카드로 할게요.
(I will pay with my credit card)

—————

Here, we have to say “I will pay with my credit card” instead of “I will pay with my credit.”

If we say “I will pay with my credit,” that means “[돈으로 안내고] 제 신용으로 계산할게요”, “스토어 크레딧으로 계산할게요”, or “외상으로 할게요” etc.

For the sentence to be like the following,

“신용카드나 Bruin Gold 카드로 구매한 것은 현금 환불은 불가능하고, 신용카드로만 환불이 가능하다.

the original English sentence should be:

"No cash refunds for credit or Bruin Gold credit card purchases; refunds directly to your credit cards only.”

I hope it helps!
