Can you also explain why my answer for #2 in Final Exam is incorrect?

Lastly, I have a quick question about introducing vocabularies when we make a lesson plan. Do we just randomly come up with new vocabularies or does it have to be somewhat related to the structure we're introducing to the class? And what is a good proportion of passive vocabulary and active vocabulary? I know that we have to include more active vocabularies, but how much more?
