[Online TESOL] submission error at quiz 10

Hi, Allen. I'm Suji An, and I'm taking your Online TESOL class.
Your class is very great and has helped me a lot to learn how to organize my lessons.
Anyhow, I don't know why, but as submitting quiz 10, an empty form has been submitted, so I got score 0 as you can see.
I panicked a little about it but I just want to know if there is any chance or way to retake the quiz. I really want to :(
