To whom may it concern,

I have been discussing the issue with the operator at '통번단기' and was told that you have already been notified on it.

Currently my account seems to show that the submission for the second and third weeks' syllabus have been completed, but I have yet to submit my second week's work. This means that I have no way to access the third week's task, but I have been told I have (somehow) already submitted my third week's homework.

Please recognize that I have taken a full week's time off work in order to commit to the homework and tests here, and the situation with this error has resulted in me wasting valuable time, more or less two full days, and I am beginning to get a little anxious of whether I could complete the remaining tasks in time or not.

Let me know when the situation is resolved, and I do hope some appropriate compensation is provided with regards to this.
